Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 30, 2026. Learn how we guarantee absolute asset security and file confidentiality locally inside your web browser.
Zero Server Uploads Guarantee
Unlike traditional graphics platforms, CanvaTools runs all image editors, PDF processors, vector path tracing, and watermarking tools **completely offline** locally in your browser memory. Your images, PDFs, and vector files never traverse the network or touch our backend.
1. Data We Do Not Collect
Since our core conversion engines are client-side only:
- We do not collect, view, copy, store, or transmit your uploaded graphic files, photos, PDFs, or code blocks.
- Your source assets stay securely in your computer's local memory (`RAM`) and are deleted immediately when you close the tab.
- Your final downloaded results are synthesized entirely client-side using native HTML5 Canvas drawing, Javascript buffers, and WASM libraries.
2. Data We Do Collect
To operate and secure the standard features of the site, we only record basic system and analytics details:
- Anonymized Traffic Logs: We monitor standard server requests, browser types, referrals, and duration metrics to analyze performance trends.
- Contact Inquiries: If you voluntarily send an email to `[email protected]` or submit our feedback form, we collect your name, email, and conversation history solely to assist you.
3. Cookies and Visual Layout Storage
We employ standard local cookies and browser local storage (`localStorage`) blocks to retain visual layout settings. For example, your selected dark/light visual mode preference is stored locally to prevent browser flicker on subsequent page visits. No tracking, profiling, or cross-site advertising cookies are initialized by our proprietary scripts.
4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
We respect your right to privacy under general global regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Under these policies, you hold absolute data ownership. Since we never upload or possess your images, documents, or personal credentials, your rights (including the "Right to be Forgotten" and "Data Portability") are fully exercised natively by default.
5. Questions and Contact
If you have any questions or require clarifications regarding our local browser security parameters, cookie configurations, or analytical logs, please contact our support team.
